We need to hear from you!  The OPC is in the process of developing a set of Volunteer Expectations as well as a Training Plan for Volunteers….and we need your input.  It will only take a few minutes of your time, but it will help us shape both of these important next steps as we continue to improve the service we provide to our Air Cadets.

We are looking to hear from every member in the league:  from the members that make up our Squadron Sponsoring Committee right up to the senior members of the Executive Committee….we need to hear from you.

Please complete the survey by the end of July.  All results will be tabulated and the final results will be used to draft the final Volunteer Expectations for approval by the Board of Governors in September.  The results will also help us develop specific in-house training activities that you have asked for to help you work smarter…not harder.
